Automatic Valveless Gravity Filters
Integrated Water Purifier produced by HJWATER is normally used for public Water Treatment Plant, and providing safety drinking water for city, town and village. It can remove large particles, sand and mud in water. Filtering process: firstly, sedimentation/clarification water enter into ascension pipe through the distribution channel & U-shaped pipe. Secondly, water flows to the filter media from the top distributor. Water pass through the filter media from top to bottom, then outlet water is collected in the storage tank. When water level up to outlet, filtered water flows into clean water tank.
Combines coagulation , flocculation, inclined tube sedimentation,sand filter ,aeration, sewage discharge and automatic backwashing etc. Functions.
When the surface of the filter layer is blocked to a certain degree, 5 minutes of automatic backwashing will be triggered which is using siphon principle. The whole equipment has no moving parts, therefore, the failure rate is almost zero,and even can run automatically without personnel.
